Description: Healion is one of Eevee's rare evolutions which is only caused by a Healing Stone and when it's friendship is high with it's trainer. Usually these Eevees are used by Pokemon Centers to because of their signature move which is Shining Bells.

(?): I am not sure if a Healing Stone exists and if not then I created one which only works on Pokemons that can heal it raises their power. xD (I'm not good at this Haha)
